This summer drink is versatile and refreshing. It has probably been around for a long time but it seems to popping up everywhere right now. Hope you enjoy it as much as we all do!
Ingredients:
4 cups seeded watermelon cut into chunks
1/2 cup water
Up to 1/2 cup organic sugar (optional)
A few fresh mint leaves
Instructions:
Puree the fruit in food processor or with a hand-held mixer until smooth.
Add water and, if necessary, sugar. It really depends on the sweetness of the fruit.
Crush mint leaves and ice to a large jug and add the juice.
Enjoy!
