Jessica and I have been traveling during the holidays, soaking up the sun, catching up with friends and family, and searching for new ideas to share with you. And new ideas we have! But first, some business: while this time of year is often dedicated to resolutions meant to make you more successful, healthier and happier, we’ve decided, instead, to put forth a challenge to you, dear reader.We believe that if you eat well, you are healthier and happier.
